Perfetto come posizione: mezzoretta a piedi dalla stazione, 5 minuti da Piazza San Marco. Prezzi molto molto buoni. Ottima colazione. Gentilissimi in reception. E poi finalmente un hotel che "accetta" anche i single!!!!!

Bellissimo staff, molto cordiale e gentile, pulizia eccelente, stanze ampie con una super vista tipica veneziana. Unico minus era overriempimento del buffet ed il menu del buffet: troppi dolci e no uova!! Per piacere aggiungete le uova nel menu matuittino, sono molto importanti per gli sportivi alla collazione. Anzi, molte persone shelgono l'hotel in base al buffet. In tanto ritornerei con piacere!!

Hotel vecchio stile, mobili asimmetrici di legno grezzo o dipinti nel tipico stile veneziano e niente serrature magnetiche, sembra di essere a casa invece che in un albergo. Comodissimo per andare al teatro la Fenice, proprio dietro l'angolo, ma è vicino anche a Rialto e a San Marco, raggiungibili con una passeggiata di 5/10 minuti. La colazione è nella media e di ottima qualità, lo staff - sia al ricevimento che alle colazioni - è gentilissimo e sempre sorridente.

L'hotel è a due passi da piazza S.Marco in una posizione molto tranquilla e fuori dal tram tram dei turisti. Inoltre dista vermente poco dalla fermata del traghetto. La camera (matrimoniale comfort) era molto comoda e pulita e spaziosa. Il terrazzo che affacciava sul canale er a dir poco suggestivo. Rapporto/qualità prezzo ottimo!! Colazione abbondante

La posizione è comodissima. Mi è piaciuta l' aria di vecchia Venezia che vi si respira. Il personale è gentilissimo, preparato e veramente molto disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente. Ci sono tornata dopo trent' anni e sinceramente, anche se mi sono resa conto che ha subito una ristrutturazione, mi aspettavo camere migliori. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata visto che è classificato 4 stelle. Un consiglio spassionato: togliete la moquette dalle camere! Lasciate che i clienti respirino l' odore della laguna e non quella della moquette. Nel complesso lo consiglierei comunque a chiunque.

Très bon séjour, hôtel idéalement situé, calme et très agréable, excellent petit déjeuner, chambre mérite une mise a niveau, pour le reste merci au staff très agréable et très attentif, nous y retournerons c'est sûr. MERCI

Lovely, spacious comfortable room (a free upgrade for us) overlooking a canal - so we could hear sweet music floating by our window at sunset. Friendly, helpful, attentive front desk and staff. Terrific location in the heart of Venice near the famous Teatro La Fenice.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und reagiert bei Problemen sehr schnell und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse ausreichend.

Très bon accueil à l' occasion de ma troisième visite. La chambre avec balcon fut très agréable. Un petit effort pour le petit déjeuner serait souhaitable.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel La Fenice des Artistes à Venise la réception est parfaite, ils sont adorables, compréhensifs, nous avions perdu une nuit d'hôtel non remboursable du coup ils nous ont surclassé belle chambre, salle de bains enfin pour nous séjour parfait dans ce beau petit hôtel typique de Venise. Avec plaisir nous y retournerions, nous avons été très satisfaits.
