- How can I cancel/modify an existing reservation?

If the reservation was made through other channels, you must contact the website or the agency of origin directly.
- What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 – you will be asked on arrival the scheduled time of breakfast in order to avoid gatherings in the breakfast room.
- What is the cost of breakfast?
Breakfast, when not included in the room price, can be purchased at the price of € 12.00 per person. For children from 0 to 2 years breakfast is free, while from 3 to 10 years the cost per child is € 8.00. It is possible to ask for breakfast service in the room with a supplement of € 8,00 per day.
- Do you offer menus for celiacs?
For breakfast, on request, we offer top quality packaged gluten-free products. Lactose-free products are also available. We ask you to report any special request before your arrival.
- Is the tourist tax included?
No, the tourist tax is not included in the price and has a cost of Euro 3,50 per adult per night up to a maximum of 5 nights stay; Children up to 10 years of age are exempt, children aged 10 to 16 pay half.
- Does the hotel have a lift?
Yes, the hotel has 2 lifts to the 3rd floor. For the rooms on the 4th floor you will have to climb the last flight of stairs.
- Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately the hotel does not have rooms equipped for the reception of disabled people.
- Is there air conditioning in the room?
All our rooms have air conditioning in operation during the summer season.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
A small number of connecting rooms are available; In case of need it is advisable to request it well in advance.
- Do you have family rooms?
The hotel has family rooms suitable for families of up to 4 people.
- Does the hotel have uncarpeted rooms?
Almost all our rooms are uncarpeted.
- Do the bathrooms have a bath or shower?
There are both rooms with bathroom with shower and others with bathroom with bathtub. Please contact us if you have any preferences.
- Do the rooms have minibars?
All our rooms are equipped with minibar: you will find 2 free bottles of water upon your arrival. Other drinks are available on request.
- Do the rooms have a kettle?
Our rooms do not have a kettle available.
- Do the rooms have a safe?
All rooms are equipped with an electronic safe or key.
- Do you have cots available?
Yes, for children under 3 years of age it is possible to add a baby cot to the parents' room free of charge. Please note that the availability of baby cots is limited, so we recommend that you request it at the time of booking.
- Is babysitting available?
Babysitting services are available upon request. We advise you to request the service at the time of booking.
- Are pets allowed?
Small pets are welcome as long as they are not left alone in the room. Please request it in advance and book directly or on our website.
- Are non-smoking rooms available?
All our rooms are "non-smoking".
- Is an iron available in the room?
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to use the iron in the rooms, a vertical steam iron is available on request.
- Is there a laundry service in the hotel?
We rely on an external laundry that ensures express service within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- Can we connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can take advantage of the high-speed Wi-Fi, free and unlimited in the rooms and common areas, just connect by entering the password that is communicated at check-in.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00; Check-out time is at 11:00.
- Is luggage storage available?
Departing or arriving customers' luggage can be stored free of charge.
- What hours does the Reception follow?
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
- What documents do we need to present at reception?
Upon your arrival you must present a valid identity document (Identity Card, Passport, Residence Permit, etc ...).
- How can I reach the hotel?
BY CAR: you can park your car on the Island of Tronchetto or in one of the garages in Piazzale Roma. At this point you can take the public vaporetto (line 1), get off at the Sant'Angelo stop.
BY TRAIN: you can use the public vaporetto (line 1), get off at the Sant'Angelo stop.
BY PLANE: you can use the public service of the company ALILAGUNA - Orange line - get off at the Sant'Angelo stop.
You can also reach the hotel using a private water taxi that will take you a few meters from the hotel.

- Where can I park my car?
The hotel does not have its own parking (we are in Venice!), however you can park your car on the island of Tronchetto or in one of the garages in Piazzale Roma. If you choose the Garage San Marco in Piazzale Roma you can take advantage of a 10% discount (at the time of your departure ask for the discount coupon at the hotel reception). Reservations are recommended www.garagesanmarco.it (select our hotel in the Hotel Convention drop-down menu).
- Does the hotel offer a tour booking service, museums, and more?
Within our website on the page Book tickets and tours here you will have the opportunity to book directly a wide choice of proposals for tours and more.
During your stay the reception staff will be at your complete disposal for reservations of tours, museums, concerts, taxis, etc.
- Where are the nearest vaporettos?
The nearest stop is Sant'Angelo about 5 minute walk, where line No. 1 stops, less than 10 minute walk away are the Rialto and San Marco Vallaresso stops.
